You can see how the sustainability score derived from the preliminary analysis of LCA is going to increase as time goes by. At the same time, however, the latest projects report many critical issues still to be evaluated and that are key elements for a successful product.
Today, the project is part of the company’s action plan and will soon be developed by going to test the new concept with the company’s suppliers. After that, a market test will be set up which will consist in understanding with the consumer what the pros and cons are for him. Finally, a thorough cost analysis will be developed and all these elements will be compared in order to make an environmentally, economically and socially sustainable choice.
